2. Services are only available for ages 18 and above.
3. Promotion or discount can only be used one time per visit.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:  

1. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice; we reserve the right to charge full fee or apply the full value of a purchased promotion if sufficient notice is not provided. Modifications made less than 24 hours before any appointment will be subjected to a $35 reschedule fee.
2. JIN SPA HAWAII reserves the right to cancel an appointment if there is no massage therapist available for the session.
